To activate your France eSIM, first make sure your device is eSIM compatible. After purchasing, you'll receive a QR code via email. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add Cellular/Data Plan on your device and scan the QR code. Once scanned, select your new eSIM when you arrive in France.
No special actions are needed upon arrival in Italy. Your eSIM will automatically connect to the local network once you activate it. We recommend activating it before your departure or immediately upon arrival.
Our Japan eSIM provides excellent coverage in all major cities and tourist destinations. In rural areas, coverage is generally good but may vary depending on the location. The eSIM connects to major Japanese networks including NTT DoCoMo and SoftBank.
